Organizational Structure

Indu believes that organization structure should also reflect our beliefs, core values and management philosophy of the entire organization. True to our belief the organization is structured to serve our customers better through processes that enable the organization to make decisions faster. The decision making process is conducted through seven committees members of which collectively contribute and share the responsibility.

Indu believes that core competencies at organizational level are critical for sustainable growth and prosperity. The organization is structured to develop centers of expertise which enable the centers of excellence to drive the growth. The execution is driven through a set of standard operating procedures. The structure permits high quality learning through in-built interdependence which is the core idea in all the service level agreements that govern the internal customer satisfaction.

The structure is designed for adapting to change because the organization continuously looks at the future and believes in not only managing the change but also in creating change.
