End-to-End Solutions
In our end to end solutions business, we offer integrated real estate development services to our clients. In this regard, we provide complete customized solutions for a transaction fee by leveraging our real estate acquisition, construction and project management capabilities across our lines of business, particularly in the retail and hospitality sectors.
We have established a systematic process for land identification and acquisition, and project execution for retailers. Our completed projects include providing end to end solutions in developing projects for Mack Solutions Inc in Hyderabad, Quinn Hotel, Hyderabad and Shell fuel stations in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. We derive revenues from the services we offer in the form of a transaction fee, which includes a service fee, the cost of construction and land acquisition (in circumstances where we procure the land for the client).

- 15 retail fuel outlets for Shell, at Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu
- Currently developing approximately 1.2 million square feet of IT office space in Hyderabad
- Developing quality hospitality infrastructure with approximately 540 rooms in Hyderabad for Quinn Hotels, an Ireland company
