Our Businesses
We believe that the expertise and track record of our management in project management, execution and timely implementation of projects provides us with significant competitive advantages, including pre-qualification to bid for larger construction projects.
We are an integrated construction and real estate development company. Our operations are broadly organized in two parts: 'Construction' on a contractual basis and 'Development' in the infrastructure and real estate sectors as a contractor for:
a) external clients including government, private, institutional & MNC clients.
b) as a developer of our own projects in realty, theme ventures and core infrastructure like BOT projects.
- Construction
Our Construction business line offers civil and structural architecture, design and construction services on a lump sum or item rate basis in the buildings, irrigation and public health engineering, roads, industrial structures, railways and airports sectors.
- Development
Under the Development line of business we are engaged in infrastructure development and real estate development. We develop infrastructure projects on a ‘build, operate and transfer’ (BOT) basis with an initial focus on the roads and highways sector while our real estate development business caters to the development of residential, commercial and mixed properties and special economic zones (SEZ).
We also provide End-to-end solutions offering integrated real estate development services. In this regard, we provide complete customized solutions by leveraging our experience in planning, land acquisition, design, construction and project management capabilities across our lines of business.
