Mr. Indukuri Syam Prasad Reddy has been at the helm as the Chairman & Managing Director of Indu Projects Limited since the company's inception. Under his visionary guidance, the company has grown significantly expanding into various sectors and business verticals. With a Year-on-Year growth clocking at around 100% for many years now, the company attracts some of the most prestigious power EPC and large scale infrastructure projects in the country. The strong fundamentals of the company has attracted investments by financial institutions like Citibank, Sun Apollo, Red Fort Capital, Credit Suisse as well as partnerships with brand enhancing entities like Johns Hopkins University and IFFCO. A vociferous industry champion at forums like TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry), Mr.I Shyam Reddy is also on the executive board of the Indian School of Business. The finalist at the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008, he continues in his relentless pursuit of driving principled growth and bringing a global perspective to the company

Mr. B V Bhaskar Reddy has over 23 years of extensive experience in handling highly complex projects related to core and urban infrastructure like irrigation, water supply, power, multi-tier road and highway systems, integrated residential townships, advanced IT parks and others.
He is responsible for devising business development strategies, forging strategic alliances, establishing high level contacts in the industry and overseeing the overall business development operations of the company.
